Terms of Service
Effective date: September 23, 2026
Business address: Tagbilaran City, Bohol
Support: contact@rallyque.com
1. Agreement and scope
These Terms govern your use of RallyQ's website and related services. By creating an account or affirmatively accepting these Terms when presented, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use account-based features.
Our Privacy Policy explains our processing of personal information. Accepting these Terms is not consent to every optional use of your information. Where a feature requires separate permission or consent, we will request it separately.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement to create an account. If you act for a venue or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to represent it.
Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You must not impersonate another person or create misleading venue listings. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account; this does not remove RallyQ's responsibility for its own acts or omissions.
3. What RallyQ provides
RallyQ provides tools for court discovery, player discovery, game coordination, and related venue operations where available. Features and coverage may vary during early access.
Unless a listing expressly identifies RallyQ as the provider, courts and sessions are provided by the listed venue or organizer. RallyQ does not automatically own, operate, supervise, or insure a venue simply because it appears in the service. Our responsibilities as a platform remain subject to applicable law.
Skill ratings, compatibility indicators, attendance statistics, and team suggestions are planning aids. They are not guarantees of ability, attendance, safety, fair results, or personal compatibility. A user-supplied rating is not independently verified unless explicitly described as such.
4. Games, invitations, and reservations
Read the time, location, skill requirements, participant limits, price, and venue rules before joining or organizing a session.
An invitation, game registration, or place on a participant list does not itself reserve a court. Treat a court as reserved only when the relevant booking flow or venue provides confirmation. Pending requests are not confirmed reservations.
Organizers must accurately describe their sessions, confirm court arrangements, communicate material changes, and have authority to add guests. Participants must follow reasonable venue rules and tell the organizer promptly when their plans change.
Sample cards and demonstrations are illustrative and do not create real reservations or invitations.
5. Charges and payment
Any applicable platform fee, court charge, or organizer fee must be disclosed before you accept the transaction. Review the total and payment instructions shown for your particular booking.
Where the booking says "Pay at venue," payment is made to the venue under the disclosed arrangements. A mock or demonstration payment is not a real charge or proof that money was transferred.
Do not submit real payment credentials into a demonstration. If online payment services are introduced, the provider and relevant payment terms will be disclosed before you pay. RallyQ will not impose a new recurring charge without the authorization required by law.
[Before publication, insert the actual platform pricing and identify who collects each category of fee.]
6. Cancellations, no-shows, and refunds
The cancellation deadline, any no-show charge, and the applicable refund conditions must be presented before the booking is accepted. Additional restrictions must not be introduced after purchase to reduce your existing rights.
Use the cancellation method identified in your confirmation. If a venue or organizer cancels or materially changes a session, contact the listed provider or RallyQ support to arrange the appropriate remedy.
Where a venue collected your payment, it will generally process any refund due. Where RallyQ collected a fee, contact RallyQ about that fee. This allocation does not remove any statutory responsibility of RallyQ or the provider. Nothing in these Terms removes a refund or other remedy required by law.
[Insert approved cancellation windows, refund timing, treatment of platform fees, and weather or closure rules for any RallyQ-controlled transactions.]
7. Community conduct
Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against, scam, or impersonate others. Do not post unlawful content, expose another person's private information, submit false reports, manipulate ratings, or interfere with the service.
Do not access accounts or data without authorization, defeat access restrictions, distribute malware, or collect player information for unsolicited marketing.
Respect players' boundaries and privacy online and at venues. Report misconduct through [SUPPORT CHANNEL]. RallyQ is not an emergency service; contact the appropriate emergency services if someone is in immediate danger.
8. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit, such as your profile text, photos, and messages. You give RallyQ a nonexclusive license to store, reproduce, process, and display that content only as needed to operate, maintain, and protect the service, consistent with your settings and our Privacy Policy.
You must have the necessary rights and permissions to upload content, including photos of other people. This license does not give us unrestricted permission to use private messages or personal photos in advertising. We will seek any additional permission required for uses outside the stated purpose.
After removal or account closure, limited copies may remain where necessary for backups, legal obligations, or dispute handling under the Privacy Policy. Other users may retain copies they already received.
9. Venue and organizer responsibilities
Venue representatives must have authority to offer their courts and keep descriptions, prices, hours, rules, and booking instructions accurate. Venues remain responsible for their facilities, applicable permits, on-site operations, and services they provide.
Approval of an application does not imply a physical safety inspection, certification, or endorsement unless RallyQ explicitly describes such a process. Separate venue terms may apply where they are provided and accepted; they cannot override non-waivable legal protections.
10. Physical activities and service limitations
Pickleball and travel to a venue involve physical risks. Consider whether an activity is appropriate for you, follow venue instructions, and use reasonable care. Participation does not require you to waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
We do not promise uninterrupted access, a particular number of players, or the accuracy of every third-party statement. We remain responsible for duties imposed on us by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or other conduct for which a disclaimer is prohibited.
11. Moderation, suspension, and closure
We may restrict accounts or content when reasonably necessary to address breaches of these Terms, fraud, security risks, harm to other users, or legal requirements. We will explain the reason where lawful and reasonably practicable. Urgent action may be taken before notice when necessary to protect users or the service.
You may request review through [SUPPORT EMAIL]. You may request account closure through [ACCOUNT-CLOSURE CONTACT OR VERIFIED FLOW]. Closing an account does not automatically cancel an outstanding booking or erase records that must lawfully be retained.
12. Intellectual property and external services
RallyQ's branding, software, and original site content belong to their respective rights holders. You may use the service for its intended purposes, but may not misuse our trademarks or copy protected material without permission or another lawful basis.
External sign-in providers, map services, venues, and payment providers may have their own terms. Their terms do not remove RallyQ's obligations for its own service.
13. Complaints and disputes
Send concerns to [SUPPORT EMAIL] with the relevant game or booking reference. Do not include passwords or complete payment credentials. We will investigate through our support process.
Where the Philippine Internet Transactions Act applies, its internal complaint and escalation rules apply, including the statutory treatment of a complaint unresolved after seven calendar days. This is not a promise that every dispute will be resolved in seven days. These Terms do not prevent lawful complaints to the DTI, National Privacy Commission, another regulator, or a court with jurisdiction.
14. Changes and governing law
We will publish an updated effective date when these Terms change and give appropriate notice of material changes. Where legally required, we will obtain renewed agreement. Changes will not retroactively remove rights attached to an existing transaction.
These Terms are governed by Philippine law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. Disputes may be brought before a court or authority with lawful jurisdiction. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
